I will give this place 5 stars as I’ve always enjoyed it. But it’s true that the quality is not consistent. It depends which chef is working that day (maybe they need more training) I’m a frequent flyer and I really enjoy having somewhere to eat good quality food. I think most of the bad reviews are because of the poke bowls. If you go, order sushi made to order! The prices are fair considering it’s inside an airport!

it's my go2 every time I'm at the airport. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. It never disappoints My favorite dish is the spicy tuna donburi. It packs a punch. My only suggestion is that there are plenty of charging ports installed, but none seem to work. I assume it might be intentional to discourage non-customers from lingering, but activating them for customers only could be a great move

I’m honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews for this sushi spot at Málaga Airport, because my experience has consistently been excellent. I come here regularly, and the quality has always been far better than what you usually expect from airport food. The spicy tuna tartare is my go-to dish and for an airport restaurant, it’s honestly impressive. The chefs are also a highlight: friendly, welcoming. Every time I’ve visited, the service has been attentive and pleasant. Overall, this place is a great find before a flight.
